This short article gives a snapshot of 12 herbs and spices that are anti-inflammatory.

“Researchers from the University of Michigan have found, for example, that holy basil has anti-inflammatory activity compared to ibuprofen, naproxen, and aspirin.” – Now if that doesn’t catch your attention, then what will? I’d prefer to include these herbs and spices in my diet, than throwing chemicals into my system.
